Our services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the regions listed on this website. Services, inclusions and frequency are confirmed in the estimate we provide before any work begins.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Appointments are scheduled by agreement. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so that we can adjust our team’s schedule.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the premises and to advise us of anything our team should know before arriving, including pets, alarms and fragile items.
Liability
We carry civil liability insurance. Claims relating to damage should be reported to us promptly so that they can be investigated.
Payment
Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
