Services, inclusions and frequency are confirmed in the estimate we provide before any work begins.<\/p>\n<h2>Estimates and pricing<\/h2>\n<p>Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Prices are confirmed in writing before work begins and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs materially from what was described.<\/p>\n<h2>Booking, changes and cancellation<\/h2>\n<p>Appointments are scheduled by agreement. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so that we can adjust our team&rsquo;s schedule.<\/p>\n<h2>Access and safety<\/h2>\n<p>You agree to provide safe access to the premises and to advise us of anything our team should know before arriving, including pets, alarms and fragile items.<\/p>\n<h2>Liability<\/h2>\n<p>We carry civil liability insurance. Claims relating to damage should be reported to us promptly so that they can be investigated.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice.<\/p>\n<h2>Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these terms from time to time.
